报告人简介:

       孙法省,东北师范大学教授、博导。博士毕业于南开大学概率论与数理统计专业,曾先后访问加拿大西蒙弗雷泽大学统计与精算学系、美国加州大学洛杉矶分校统计学系。主要研究方向包括计算机实验、大数据抽样、高维数据分析等。曾获得教育部自然科学二等奖和全国统计科学研究优秀成果奖。研究成果发表在国际顶级统计学期刊《Annals of Statistics》、《Biometrika》和《Journal of the American Statistical Association》上,部分研究成果被Chapman & Hall/CRC出版社和Springer出版社出版的英文专著大段引用。

报告摘要:

        A new experimental approach, known as the order-of-addition factorial experiment, has recently garnered significant attention in medical science and bioengineering. These experiments aim to optimize both the order of addition and the dosage levels of drug components simultaneously. The concept of dual-orthogonal arrays (DOAs) was recently introduced in the experimental design literature for such purposes. However, constructing flexible DOAs poses a considerable challenge. In this paper, we propose a novel theory-guided search method that efficiently identifies DOAs of any size, if they exist. Additionally, we present an algebraic construction method that can instantly generate certain DOAs. Simulation studies are conducted to demonstrate the superiority of our proposed designs.
