靳伟, 湘潭大学教授,省“杰青”,主要从事图论及其相关问题研究。第八届世界华人数学家大会45分钟邀请报告人,第八届欧洲数学家大会30分钟邀请报告人,博士毕业于西澳大利亚大学(导师为Cheryl Praeger教授),米纳斯联邦大学博士后。曾在澳大利亚昆士兰大学,拉筹伯大学和斯洛文尼亚Primorska大学访问学习。发表学术论文50余篇,其中多篇论文发表在了JLMS(2篇), JCTB,JCTA,JGT,Eur. JC.等著名期刊上面,主持和完成国家自然科学基金多项。
报告摘要:
In this talk, we study $(G,2)$-geodesic-transitive graphs of odd order. We first give a reduction result on this family of graphs: let $N$ be an intransitive normal subgroup of $G$. Suppose that such a graph $\Gamma$ is neither $(G,2)$-arc-transitive nor $\K_{m[b]}$ where $mb$ is odd and $m,b\geq 3$. Then we show that $\Gamma$ is a cover of $\Gamma_N$, $G/N$ is faithful and quasiprimitive on $V(\Gamma_N)$, $\Gamma_N$ is $(G/N,s')$-geodesic-transitive of odd order and girth $3$ where s'=\min\{2, \diam(\Gamma_N)\}$. We next investigate odd order $(G,2)$-geodesic-transitive graphs where $G$ acts quasiprimitively on the vertex set and determine all the possible quasiprimitive action types and give examples for them.
