报告人简介：

小松尚夫，河南科学院杰出科研基金访问学者，日本东京大学本科，Macquarie大学数学博士。先后任职于Hirosaki大学、武汉大学、Nagasaki大学等。主要从事解析数论的研究。先后发表包括J.NumberTheory，Tokyo J.math 等国际著名数学杂志论文260余篇，发表学术专著8篇，目前担任Journal of Algebra, Number Theory: Advances and Applications，Journal of Algerian Mathematical Society等杂志编委。多次获得日本和世界各国的研究基金资助达20多项。

报告摘要：

We consider an ordinary Eulerian finite q-multiple zeta values  at roots of unity, in the Eulerian-polynomial. The explicit formula gives binomial and Chebyshev expressions for the cases where the power (index) is small. It also yields a root-product and companion-matrix description for all powers (indices).
