报告摘要：
A fractional matching of a graph G is a function f giving each edge a numberin [0; 1] so thatP e2(v) 1 for each v 2 V (G), where (v) is the set of edges incident to v. The fractional matching number of G, written (G), is the maximumofPe2E(G)f(e) over all fractional matchings. Here, we consider the relationshipbetween the fractional number, the spectral radius and the Laplacian spectral radiusof a graph.
报告人简介：
束金龙，男，华东师范大学教授，博士生导师。1986年毕业于华东师范大学数学系，1999年获博士学位。2001—2002年，在法国国家科研中心以及巴黎第11大学计算机实验室作访问学者。2005年应巴黎第11大学的邀请任计算机实验室访问教授。
束金龙教授的主要研究领域为图论、运筹学。近年来已培养7名博士，30余名硕士，表论文近90 篇，被SCI收录的文章60余篇，主编或参编了4本高等院校教材，先后主持国家自然科学基金项目三项，参加国家自然科学基金6项, 还参加了973项目、上海市科委基础研究重点项目，主持上海市自然科学基金项目、教育部留学回国启动基金，主持企业委托课题多项。
束金龙教授还担任过中国运筹学会理事、中国组合数学和图论学会理事、上海市运筹学会副理事长等。
